A Caribbean-Styles party is a unique party idea that not many people have ever had.  In a party such as this, large lamps would be provided to simulate the raging hot son of the Caribbean islands.  There would be artificial sand scattered around the party room so as to simulate a beautiful, serene Caribbean beach, although the party would not be so serene.  The Caribbean party scene would be very lively and people would be drinking Corona with lime and eating very Caribbean styled food.  The walls should be decorated with hangings of palm trees and if it is in the budget, there should be plastic or wooden palm trees scattered around the room.  Lounge chairs should also be scattered around the room and it would be very cool if you, as the host, asked the caterers to dress as though they were in the Caribbean and act as cabana boys.  Now, the party invitations for a party such as this one should reflect the theme itself.  These party invitations should be vibrant and look very fun.  The colors should be bright and lively and the words on the invitation should stress how fun a party it would be.  These invitations should be sent out approximately two weeks before the party.  This will give the invitees proper time to find attire befitting this type of party, such as colorful flower shirts and open toe sandals.  Get ready to have a great time because once the invitations are sent out and the people are set to come, this can be nothing but a great time!
